Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the Prize Draw, you have a chance to win the following prize: a. One The Musical Anthology Of His Dark Materials Vinyl, signed by composer Lorne Balfe. b. The prize includes the sending out of the vinyl to the address provided.
2. The Prize Draw will run from 5PM BST on Thursday, 13 May to 5PM BST on Thursday, 27 May. Any entries received outside of this period will be automatically disqualified.
3. You must be aged 18 or over to enter the Prize Draw. Proof of identity and age may be required. Employees (and their families) of the Promoter and the suppliers of the Prizes and any other companies associated with the Prize Draw are excluded.
4. This Prize Draw is open worldwide, and the prize will be shipped globally.
5. To enter the Prize Draw the following steps will need to be taken:
   1. You must follow 14^th Street Music’s Instagram account
   2. You must share the Vinyl Giveaway Instagram post to Instagram stories.
   3. You must tag a friend in the comments section.
6. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
7. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
8. The Winner will be selected at random by the Promoter from the entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions on Friday, 28 May.
9. The Promoter will contact the Winner via personal message as soon as practicable after the Prize Draw has closed, but in any event no later than 5PM BST on Wednesday, 2 June.
10. To redeem the Prize, the Winner must reply to the Promoter within 5 days of being notified that they have won. If the Winner fails to respond in this timeframe, the right to the Prize will be lost and the Promoter reserves the right to re-award the Prize.
11. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted or is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer that Winner’s Prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
    1. Whilst efforts will be made to contact the Winner, privacy settings on Instagram may make this impossible to do so.
12. To collect the Prize, the Winner must provide their full name, contact email address, date of birth and delivery/home address.
13. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
14. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
15. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Prize Draw.
16. There is a limit of one entry per person. Second or subsequent entries will be disqualified.
17. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
18. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of this Prize Draw at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the Prize Draw or that violate these Terms and Conditions.
20. The Winner will co-operate with any reasonable requests by the Promoter relating to any post-winning publicity.
21. The provider of the Prize is specified within the promotional material.
22. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
23. The Prize is as stated, is non-negotiable and non-refundable. The Prize is not transferable and may not be sold, offered for sale, or used in connection with any other competition or promotion by the Winner.
24. Prize details are correct at the date of these Terms and Conditions. Events may occur that render the Prize Draw itself or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. In this situation, the Promoter may at its discretion vary or amend the Prize so as to provide a reasonable alternative of an equivalent or greater value and the Winner agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter or parties connected to the Promoter as a result.
25. Instagram is not a sponsor of this contest and bears no responsibility or liability for the administration, operation, judging, or conduct of the contest, or the fulfilment of the Prizes associated with this Promotion. The Promoter and Data Controller of the Prize Draw is Accelerated Intelligence on behalf of 14^th Street Music.
26. These Terms and Conditions (including all non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
